Payment is due fourteen days after the invoice.

Unless at The Willow Tree, weekend orders will be subject to a surcharge of 50% of the buffet price. If the numbers fall below 25 there will only be a flat rate charge of £75.

Please enquire to make sure that prices on this leaflet are still current when you make your booking. Prices are liable to change without notice.

Finger buffets and hot and cold fork buffets do not include waiting staff in the price.

China plates, stainless steel cutlery, good quality disposable napkins and linen cloths are included in the price (excluding finger buffets).

Finger buffet menus include basic but good quality disposable plates and napkins, unless at The Willow Tree where china is always used. If you would like high quality disposables there will be a surcharge of 25p per person.

Please indicate if you require a higher than average level of presentation (eg silver plated cutlery, luxury linen etc...) as we are able to quote separately.

Any damage or loss of cutlery, crockery or linen or any other hired item in any way whatsoever will be charged at the current cost of replacement.
