About Mr Creaton's Foods

Mr Creaton's Foods is a Northamptonshire based catering company, based in Brixworth near Northampton.

We have three restaurant/cafe outlets in Brixworth, Redditch. We also operate in two other main areas of business, with an outside catering venture catering for shows, events, weddings and parties, and a buffet delivery business delivering complete buffets for business lunches as well as private parties.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, as well as in the service we provide, whether you are eating in one of our restaurants, having us cater for an event or having a buffet delivered.

History

Founded in 1979, the company grew from small beginnings by selling Crêpes from catering trailers at shows and events around the country.

The proprietor, Jonathan Creaton, worked at the Europa Hotel in Grosvenor Square, London, then studied at Westminster Hotel School followed by an eighteen month stint in France working in hotel and restaurant kitchens and finally working in a Crêperie in Val d'Isére where he learned the art of making the Breton style pancakes.

The company grew until 2000, when we successfully tendered for the contract to operate a catering outlet at Arrow Valley Countryside Centre in Redditch and y in 2001 we took over operation of the Willow Tree restaurant in Brixworth Country Park on the A508 north of Northampton.
